"We had to cancel - driver was running 45 mins late. Which was too late for our flights. We need a refund processed asap. We spoke to Go Airport Limited they said Taxicode has to refund the amount. We use the service quite often, so please process the refund immediately"
"Hi, Overall first driver who where supposed to pick us up got the trip cancelled. We got worried about what will happen and if we will reach to Stanstad in fear of lack of communication. Then a new driver and car were assigned. 13 minutes away from Stansted in the high way the car got overheated, and we needed to stay on the side track to cool down the car. After 20 minutes when enige got cooled down the driver bring us there safely. The driver was a good human. So overall not so good, because you pay a fare to have a ride in time without delays. They should invest in a car with a proper engine that will not break down and overcooked for the ride."

"Driver was not there to meet us. I was unable to contact anyone from either Taxi Code or the taxi firm itself to find out where the driver was. It was a very worrying situation as there were 5 of us with a lot of luggage waiting.. Eventually after trying many different telephone numbers I was able to reach someone at the taxi company and they said they would try to arrange another taxi eventually a taxi did turn up but it was over 1 and 1/2 hours late we had to go outside to try to find it. Very poor service…"

"No vehicle ever turned up. We tried calling for @30 mins and get getting hung up on. We had to walk with our luggage to the train station. We are EXTREMELY unimpressed with this service and will tell anyone we meet. We demand our payment to be refunded please. "
"The return journey was delayed by 2.5 h and the driver waited and let us know so that I was at ease that the journey back home was still in place despite delay (we arrived after midnight)"

"I missed an important phone call because the driver was late in addition to having to load my own luggage into the vehicle. The driver said I could not load baggage into the passenger set footwell and protested it was against they law to haul luggage inside the vehicle. I still loaded luggage there as the trunk of the vehicle was smaller since the vehicle was an older model e-class & it had items in the trunk. I was not happy with the vehicle as it was a 10 year old e-class The person in charge of dispatch expected me to meet the driver outside the terminal because they were running late. I had no notification they were going to be late, no call, email, or SMS. "

"We booked this taxi for 19.10 evening and paid a premium price in advance as it was important that we had a smooth and quick journey. We had to wait 50 minutes until 8pm before the driver arrived. There was noone in the airport arrivals area as the booking stated. Given the poor service on this occasion and the time we were all kept waiting si long in the evening at the airport I believe a 50% refund on the payment to be the minimum recompense. Please confirm and organise this partial refund, in recognition that this is fair given what happened. Kind regards "

"Driver met us at our Air BNB and the driver was great. The car was too small, we almost did not fit. I clearly stated 5 people, 2 large pieces of luggage and 3 smaller pieces of luggage. the car was not fit for this amount of people and the luggage."

"The level of service was absolutely appalling and we travel a lot to London and thought we would try your company – what a mistake ! The booking was cancelled via e mail at 330am on the day of travel and then we were asked to re book which I did. I spoke to the taxi company a number of times on the morning of the 10th asking for pick up details. They kept saying we would receive details and the driver would contact the passengers. I received numerous emails confirming and then cancelling the booking on the morning the passengers were travelling. When the passengers arrived at Kings Cross there was no taxi and no contact, Eventually after the passengers made numerous calls they spoke to someone who said the taxi would be late. The guy on the telephone struggled to speak English eventually they established he was near MacDonalds. The car was far from a luxury chauffer experience, the vehicle was really dirty inside and out. The driver didn’t seem to know where he was going and took lots of side roads resulting in the 30 min journey taking over 1 hour. The return journey on Sunday – the taxi was late arriving and only then after the passengers made numerous calls to be told we are Muslim and we can’t come yet !! When he did arrive he asked the time of the train and was told 1315 and they arrived at the station at 13.09 !!! I booked these journeys for my boss and the whole experience has been totally unacceptable especially when the original booking increased in price on the day of travel and the service received was absolutely appalling and resulted in lots of stress for the travellers who thought they were going to miss their return train. "

"Dreadful experience and will never use this service again! Car was supposed to be there at 10.15 but we were ready at 10 so called to see if it could come earlier. Firm advised that the driver had a flat tyre and would be 15 mins late - not a problem. Then we heard nothing so had to call back 4 or 5 times to get the registration of the new driver, being told every time that he was 15 minutes away! Eventually (at around 10.45) the Controller gave me the number of the driver so we could call him ourselves. Controller was rude and could not understand him, driver was OK but made us both feel sick with his driving, not fast but constantly accelerating then really slowing down. Also there was a loose bottle in the boot that kept banging every time he braked. All in all we were very late home and I will NEVER use this service again!!"

"I ordered two vehicles and specifically requested two Mercedes as I wanted to impress some important clients. Two weeks before the date of travel, I received an email advising that the Mercedes vehicles could not be supplied as they were broken down. I challenged this and was assured that another company had been given the contract and that Mercedes vehicles would be supplied. On the day of travel I received a further email and phone call to advise both vehicles were running late and only one Mercedes was available due to another breakdown. The first vehicle was 20 minutes late, the second vehicle was 50 minutes late from the originally booked time. Whilst communication was good throughout I do not feel I received good value given the issues we had."

I received a cancellation confirmation and was told I would not get a refund despite the fact it was still over 8 hours until the pick up time. I complained and asked for a full refund but was told that was against your policy and I’d have to go online to request a refund. Then at the pick up time the two cabs arrived. I sent them away. I’m afraid your customer service is poor and I won’t use you again."
